Hely there Sonia!
I read your post from November 2007 and I believe, as a fellow cake decorator, you have no reason why you should not go into business. Your cakes are truly amazing and they seem tasty (I did a virtual tasting!). If you have not gone into business yet what are you waiting for?! We are planning to go into business pretty soon, too. There will be lots (and I mean LOTS) of struggle, but your passion is stronger than the struggles you would have to overcome.
